Fear SDK 1.08 Material issue?

I bought fear 1 on steam and got Fear SDK when i click materials then materials folder or any other folder there a globes when i double click them theres a box that says this "There is a shader assigned to this material but it was not able to be properly loaded. Please contact an engineer about resolving this issue." i reinstalled it and got fear combat no luck and yes i loaded FEAR.DEB in the game folder
