Is there any way of uploading apps to the iOS app store on the osx lion dev preview?

So i've installed the osx lion 4th developer preview, and I then installed the Xcode 4.2 beta, and no good for uploading apps to the app store, of course because it uses the ios5 SDK... Then i tried to install the Xcode version that is available on the mac app store, however it needs to run on snow leapord! Is there a version of Xcode out there at all that will let me upload apps to the iOS app store from within lion, or do i need to wait for the next public release of Xcode? :/ I'm highly frustrated, i would be grateful with some help for this :)
