Fear combat map issue?

I know its been a while and i know not alot of ppl remember how to do this but i made a new map and forget how to load it into fear combat's map line up after i render the map from the sdk! any idea how? I would greatly appreciate it as i use to make maps and kinda forgot how to do it all. **except make the maps YAY!**
