Why am i always put on bad teams on black ops?

Idk, but for some reason I lost like 5 games in a row in hardcore heaquarters/team deathmatch. For some reason, I do really good to keep my team in the game, but my teammates always do something to screw it up. I believe that my teammates aren't meant for hardcore game modes, and should just play core. I'm 15th prestige level 50, it's frustrating to lose games in a row on cod.
