Would a gaming PC also be good for video editing?

it could certainly run on ultra, but not at a solid 60 fps. the 440 is a crap card. upgrade to a 285 / 295 (yes, it's an upgrade) or a 480+ and you're good to go. i don't know what u mean by export but rendering should be a breeze on the computer u linked
