Call of duty combat training questions? xbox 360?

the date is june 24th 2011. i have xbox 360. is there a way to prestige and get golden guns in combat training. i know there used to be a way then it got patched, so im wondering if there is another way, or is there a hack to get it in multiplayer. does anyone knw anyone legit who can do it. let me know. thanks
