How to get a 15th prestige hack for ps3?

Where can i get a prestige hack for ps3 black ops. i need to know exactly how to install it onto the ps3 like where to install and if i use a USB do i just put the download directly on the USB or do i make some folders and things like that. full detail would be awesome. thanks
