What is a good program/SDK to make games for beginners?

I have create my own 3d animation using this special software.I always dreamed to create my own cartoon characters after watching Optimus Primes(Transformer)......This software also has complete 250+ Pages Of Illustrated tutorials and 20 step-by-step free animation software video training. You can draw and animate 3D models and design your own 3D game easily… For your information i'm a bank officer and just studying 3D animation as a part time......
