What is a good estimate for a 1/4 mile time for this 2003 Mustang GT?

It is a 5 speed with a bbk short throw, k and n cold air intake, diablo predator 93 tune, no cat straight 40 series flowmaster (mil eliminator), royal purple oil, new P245/45R-17 tires all the way around. I think these upgrades push the stock 260hp to around 295-300hp at the motor. Think it is capable of breaking into the 13's with a good launch?
