Great 360 RPG to spend countless hours on?

I'm a very big fan of games like Baldur's Gate, Elder Scrolls, Diablo, etc. I'm looking for a 360 game I can just spend countless hours on with a great story and a lot of side things I can do. I need to pass my time somehow, any suggestions?
