Will i get banned from xbox live if i join a modded lobby?

My friend got me into a modded lobby in world at war and after the match i became a tenth Prestige. I used to be no prestige lvl 31. will i get banned from xbox live now if i play world at war because i really,really,REALLY don't want to get banned. also, is there a way to undo the hack.
